IQ Suite is built as a responsive web application that works in any modern browser. While it's optimised for desktop use, all core features are accessible on tablet and mobile devices through your browser.
Click the app logo in the top-left corner of the sidebar to open the App Switcher dropdown. From there you can navigate to any IQ Suite product — Renewal IQ, Deal IQ, Request IQ, Admin IQ, and more. Your session persists across apps.
IQ Suite supports Excel (.xlsx) file imports. Upload your spreadsheet and the system auto-maps common column headers (vendor, contract number, value, dates, etc.) to the correct fields. You can review and adjust the mapping before confirming.
Yes. Every data view in IQ Suite includes an Export button that generates an Excel or CSV file. This is useful for audits, management reporting, or sharing data with stakeholders who don't have IQ Suite access.
No. Imports add new records to your existing data. IQ Suite checks for duplicate contract numbers and flags potential conflicts for your review before committing the import. You always have the final say.
Limits depend on your plan. Starter plans support up to 50 renewals, Professional plans offer unlimited renewals and deals, and Enterprise plans include unlimited everything with dedicated infrastructure. See Pricing for details.
IQ Suite automatically monitors all renewal end dates and triggers alerts at 90, 60, and 30 days before expiry. Alerts appear as a badge on the bell icon and in the Alerts & Notifications page. You can snooze any alert for 7 or 30 days if you've already taken action.
Renewals progress through these statuses: Active (current contract), In Review (being evaluated), Pending Approval (awaiting sign-off), Approved (approved for renewal), Renewed (completed), and Terminated (not renewing). You can update status from any renewal's detail view.
Yes. The Renewal Calendar provides multi-year timeline views so you can project costs and see your entire renewal landscape across future years. Budget tracking includes multi-year spend forecasting.
Deals move through structured stages: Discovery (initial evaluation), Assessment (detailed analysis), Negotiation (terms and pricing), Final Review (stakeholder approval), and Closed (Won or Lost). Each stage acts as a quality gate ensuring thorough evaluation.
Executive Briefs are auto-generated summary documents that present deal highlights, risk analysis, financial impact, and recommendations in a polished format suitable for stakeholder presentations and governance meetings.
When a renewal requires competitive evaluation or vendor switching, you can create a Deal IQ evaluation directly from the renewal record. The deal tracks the evaluation process while the renewal tracks the contract timeline. Once the deal closes, the renewal status updates accordingly.
SLA targets are set automatically based on priority: Critical = 5 business days, High = 10 days, Medium = 20 days, Low = 30 days. The SLA tracker shows On Track (<75% elapsed), At Risk (75–100%), and Overdue (>100%) indicators.
Requests with an estimated value above £50,000 are automatically routed through an additional approval workflow. Instead of moving directly to Completed, they enter Pending Approval status where a senior stakeholder must sign off before the request can close.
The Triage Queue is available to team leads and administrators. From the queue, you can Accept a request (moves to Under Review), Reject it with a reason, or Assign it to a specific team member. Assigned requests appear on that person's dashboard.
IQ Suite offers three tiers: Starter ($49/month, 50 renewals, 2 seats), Professional ($149/month, unlimited renewals, 10 seats), and Enterprise (custom pricing, unlimited everything, dedicated support). Annual billing saves 20%. See Pricing for the full comparison.
