IQ Suite uses a minimal set of cookies to provide a smooth experience:
- Essential cookies — required for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled as the service depends on them.
- Analytics cookies — optional cookies that help us understand how the platform is used. You can disable these at any time through your account settings.
- No advertising cookies — we do not use any third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary:
- Active accounts — your data is retained for the full duration of your subscription.
- Cancelled accounts — after cancellation, your account enters a 30-day read-only grace period during which you can still export your data. After this period, all data is permanently deleted.
- Backups — all backup copies of your data are purged within 90 days of account deletion.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email and through an in-app banner. Your continued use of IQ Suite after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
